What We're Looking for:

The Lobby Ambassador is a friendly and energetic individual who is dedicated to enhancing our guest experience through exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, proactive, and committed to providing an unforgettable experience for every guest.

Who You Are:

  • An approachable individual with a warm and friendly demeanor that fosters a welcoming environment for both guests and Team Members.
  • An individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a passion for anticipating and exceeding guest needs.
  • An individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with guests, team members, and other departments with clarity and professionalism.

What You Will Do:

  • Enhance the overall guests experience from arrival to departure and being a point of reference for in house guests.
  • Interacts with guests and team members in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
  • Establish relationship with guests, learning their names and preferences to provide a personalized resort experience.
  • Familiar with all hotel facilities, room types, food and beverage outlets, recreational activities and emergency procedures.
  • Answers guest questions about the hotel and local area, researching and following up promptly.
  • Inspects and maintains overall cleanliness of the hotel lobby and public areas, including temperature, lighting, and music.
  • Address guests needs and concerns, elevating guest issues to the Manager on Duty.
  • Assist Front Desk with check-in, check-out and queue, alleviating wait times at the Front Desk.
  • Assist Lobby Concierge with providing detailed information about local attractions, including travel directions; promoting hotel facilities and amenities, food and beverage outlets, and recreational programs.

Your Experience Includes:

  • High School Diploma or relevant work experience required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
  • Experience with previous Property Management System, preferred Opera System.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time required.
  • Ability to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary required.
