Job Description:

The Role

Entegris is looking for its next Treasury Specialist to add to its Finance team! This key position will be dedicated to assisting the Treasury activities and align with the goals and responsibilities of the Treasury Department and overall company. This position will report to the Treasury Sr. Manager and will work collaboratively with various Finance teams globally. This represents an ideal opportunity to broaden finance expertise and develop competency in treasury.

What You'll Do:

  • Cash Management and Forecasting

  • Work with FP&A, overseas controllers, Tax team, and Corporate Reporting team to forecast cash optimize cash levels across global subsidiaries and U.S. parent.

  • Partner with the Treasury team to maintain the Kyriba Treasury Management System

  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasting for weekly US reporting and monthly global reporting

  • Forecast cash flow for various timings for the global company and by subsidiary

  • Bank Account Maintenance

  • Assist with bank interface set-ups, services, maintenance and issue resolution

  • Assist with management bank accounts for FBAR reporting

  • Partner with Treasury team to maintain US bank account control matrix for SOX controls

  • Participate in repatriation processes

  • Complete ad hoc analysis as requested.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; 1 - 3 years of experience in treasury, financial planning, or accounting.

  • Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and energetic style

  • Able to work independently and be a leader for creating best in class processes

  • Compensation: $70,000-$88,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
