Position Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Dearborn, MI.




** Candidates must be in SE Michigan and work in the office 4+ days a week.
Description:
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently, taking the initiative, and suggesting improvements to existing processes. Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Administrative Coordination role, in a corporate setting.
  • 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). SharePoint and Teams (or equivalent instant messaging corporate platform).
  • Experience coordinating projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and follow-up. Experience organizing meetings, conferences, and other corporate events.
  • Experience with basic financial tasks such as budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing and organizing data, including data entry and database management using tools like SharePoint or Excel to manage data.
  • Proven experience in drafting professional emails, reports, and other business communications. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Using travel tools like Concur and completing expense reports.
  • Proven experience with all aspects of travel coordination, including booking flights and hotels, arranging ground transportation, and managing travel itineraries.
