The Manager of Field Account Management, TPA is responsible for leading a team of account managers focused on customer retention, service excellence, and driving the value of a customer and broker relationship. We are looking for a solid, strategic leader who has experience dealing with C suite level customers, has a solid vision for his / her team and can successfully execute on that vision.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for managing a team of Field Account Managers based throughout the State of Texas
  • Management and triage of new group assignments. Solaris updates
  • Training and development of employees, leading and developing a team of account managers
  • Participate in customer meetings, annual reviews, and mid-years
  • Manage customer satisfaction metrics, field account manager surveys and overall team results

Required Qualifications:



  • Sales Insurance License Maintained by Law , for Texas.
  • 5+ years of sales account management experience, TPA health insurance industry preferred
  • Demonstrated success dealing with brokers/consultants with a proven track record of meeting goals/target
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $75,000 to $160,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
