Job Summary The Partner Marketing Specialist plays a critical supporting role within the Partner Marketing team at Equinix. Reporting to the Director of Global Partner Marketing Experience and working closely with members of the Partner Marketing organization, this role assists in content creation, program management, reporting, and execution across a broad range of partner marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a highly organized, creative, analytically minded, and proactive individual seeking to develop in-depth expertise in the channel and partner marketing. Responsibilities Contributes to the planning and execution of global partner marketing programs including the annual Global Partner Awards program Supports highly targeted partner marketing programs to encourage strategic engagement with Equinix partners Responsible for partner-facing marketing tools including tool optimization, partner experience and utilization reporting Supports the development of partner facing content and collateral (solutions briefs, whitepapers, video) in support of solution positioning and messaging Assists with organic social media campaigns to drive successful partner marketing activities and partner engagement Works with Partner Marketing Managers to support to-partner marketing activities including partner communications, enablement and to-partner marketing activities Works with Partner Marketing Operations to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of partner marketing key performance indicators including partner generated leads and marketing sourced opportunities, Liaises with global/regional marketing, channel sales and partner programs for alignment with programs, solutions, products and operations Core Competencies Communication: Clear and concise written communication tailored for internal and partner-facing outputs. Exchanges straightforward information asks questions and checks for understanding Organization: Structured and dependable; capable of tracking deadlines and coordinating across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Data-oriented approach: analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights Collaboration: Works well with multiple stakeholders and adapts to changing priorities Adaptable: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Problem Solving * Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments Impact Specific Skills Program Management: Experience managing all aspects of global program including execution, reporting and communication Budget Management: Ensures compliance to budget processes by managing costs within agreed goals Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Excel and Tableau Content Drafting: Capable of drafting clear, concise copy for marketing assets and sales enablement Competitive & Market Research: Ability to gather and synthesize publicly available information and internal data Qualifications 3+ years of experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Experience with global channel ecosystem; VAR, MSP, GSI, NSP and Distribution preferred, but not required Equinix Benefits As an employee, you become important to Equinix's success.
