What this job involves:

This is a hands-on mobile technician position responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems across Central-Southwest Arkansas territories including Conway, Little Rock, Benton, Arkadelphia, and Hope. You'll work independently to respond to client work orders and perform scheduled preventative maintenance while maintaining temperature-sensitive environments for JLL managed properties.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

* Responding to client-generated work orders and scheduled preventative maintenance requests through the Corrigo application

* Performing hands-on repair and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and building automation systems

* Maintaining properties in peak operational condition, including electrical, plumbing, lighting systems, and building envelope systems

* Using mobile phone/PC applications to document work performed and complete work orders

* Filling out timecards and submitting credit-card receipts weekly/daily in web-based applications

* Identifying energy savings opportunities and operational improvements to decrease property energy consumption

* Maintaining liaison with Operations Managers regarding work priorities, completion dates, and critical building operations

* Performing facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy

* Being available for call-in/after-hours emergency response work

Desired experience and technical skills:

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC service and repair experience (5 years preferred) or 5 years military HVAC experience

* High school diploma or GED * Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days of employment)

* Valid state driver's license with ability to perform Vehicle Safety Inspections * Ability to pass background check, including drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report

* Hands-on skills with commercial HVAC systems (chillers, cooling towers, glycol systems, pumps, motors, controls)

* Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications, and handheld devices

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to lift and carry 50-100 lbs

* Self-starter attitude with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred:

* 5+ years technical experience in HVAC/R and building repair/maintenance

* Liebert/Vertiv equipment experience

* 3rd Party Certification

* Experience with building automation systems and fire/life safety systems
