Advanced Electrical Engineer w/DoD Secret Clearance
$80.00-98.00 per hour (DOE)
DoD SECRET clearance is required As an Advanced Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for design, integration, and test. Our customers approach us to solve their most demanding problems, and most of our projects require a considerable amount of creative thinking and a willingness to develop new solutions and take measured risks. As an engineer on our team, you would have the opportunity to gain broad electrical design experience and gain mentorship from others with decades of background in multiple technical disciplines.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis, including Hyperlynx (PI and SI) and LTSpice.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in High-voltage regulator design and associated design rules.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital backplane design (3U VPX) in compliance with VITA / SOSA specifications.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- Proficient in electrical engineering circuit card design and mixed-signal circuit analysis.
- Habitually ahead of technology trends, with a background in testing and troubleshooting.
- Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design.
- Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing.
- Collaborative team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Active Secret DoD Clearance.
