MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: Additional Job Description: Pediatric Infectious Disease Pharmacy Specialist responsible for working with the Pediatric Infectious Disease Service and multidisciplinary committees for Antimicrobial Stewardship, ID Consults, ID Clinic, Pediatric Antibiogram, Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy, and associated protocols and guidelines. Schedule Monday-Friday ~8 AM-4 PM, occasional weekend dayshift coverage, one Winter holiday and one Summer holiday.
