Exciting opportunity to join a high-volume Urgent Care facility located on Volvo Parkway. This team sees 100-150+ patients per day, and we're looking for Patient Access Technicians (PATs) who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Position: Patient Access Technician Location: On-site - Volvo Parkway Urgent Care Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts (9:30 AM - 8:00 PM, with flexibility to stay until 8:30/8:45 PM) Weekend Requirement: 3 weekend days per month (Saturday or Sunday - non-consecutive) What You'll Do: * Register patients using Eclipses system * Manage high patient volumes with professionalism and efficiency * Support a team of 2 physicians and 3-4 mid-level providers * Work alongside 3-4 other PATs, including contractors * Navigate a busy, sometimes chaotic environment with confidence and calm Training: * 6-week training program * Expectation to begin registering patients early in the training process Ideal Candidates Will Have: * Experience in patient registration or front desk healthcare roles * Comfort working in high-volume, fast-paced settings * Strong communication and multitasking skills This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy clinical setting and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
