Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Data Support Specialist to
join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Veeva Network and Veeva
OpenData, as well as a strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and
data governance. This role will involve researching and stewarding data for healthcare
organizations (HCOs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the Client
Customer Master and Salesforce.com environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in researching and resolving data quality issues related to HCOs and
HCPs within the Client customer master and Salesforce.com.
* Utilize Veeva OpenData to enhance data quality and support business initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data governance strategies
and best practices.
* Analyze data sources and MDM systems to identify opportunities for
improvement and optimization.
* Document and update business rules as needed.
* Provide training and support to team members on MDM applications and data
management processes.

Qualifications:
* Experience working on individual and team assignments in Master Data
Management, data governance, or data stewardship.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques.
* Strong understanding of data concepts and relationships in support of customer
master data stewardship.
* Basic experience in writing SQL queries and answering business questions using
SQL.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a hybrid environment (in-office/WFH), with one day in the
office per month.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience researching public and private websites containing HCO and HCP
information to validate customer data and resolve data issues.
* Familiarity with Salesforce.com from a business support perspective.
* Flexibility with job assignments, willingness to learn new skills, and acceptance of
new responsibilities.
* Experience in documenting data process flows, business rules, and system
integrations is a plus.
* College degree
