Quality Engineering Specialist- Part Time

Your Job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team at Molex. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your +5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and customer support, while collaborating with seasoned professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards.

What You Will Do

* Lead special projects to review and update key documents supporting engineering, quality, and operations.

* Prepare for and participate in audit activities to ensure departmental compliance with IATF16949 and ISO certification requirements.

* Utilize your expertise to mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications

• Proven track record in quality engineering with at least 5 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and assertive to drive results.
• Proficiency in multiple Office software programs and the ability to adapt and learn others.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings or work instructions.
• Good management and presentation skills.
• Sound decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Work.

* In-depth knowledge of IATF & ISO Standards.
