Your Job We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Specialist to join our team at Molex. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your +5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and customer support, while collaborating with seasoned professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards. What You Will Do * Lead special projects to review and update key documents supporting engineering, quality, and operations. * Prepare for and participate in audit activities to ensure departmental compliance with IATF16949 and ISO certification requirements. * Utilize your expertise to mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
