Warehouse Cleaner

Overview:

The Warehousecleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitationstandardsin the packagingdepartment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains housekeeping standards by assuring floors are clean using floor scrubbers andmops.
• Cleans and wipes down equipment and work surfaces and sanitizes as necessary.
• Assures an organized workplace and removes clutter and waste from the department.
• Performs other functions as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1-year experience working in an industrial setting preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb ladders, walk and stand constantly, reach, bend, twist, rotate, push and pull frequently, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, rotating shifts, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work in safe manner and follow established procedures.
• Packaging cleaners will relieve operators at designated workstations.
• Must be able to work in heat and humidity.

Hourly Rate: $25.60
