Service Operations Manager Your tasks
Position Summary: The Service Operations Manager ensures financial and operational excellence across SIG's service projects. This role manages project financials, backlog, vendor relations, and supports seamless client experiences. It partners with internal teams to standardize processes, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities: - Project Financial Management Lead project intake, billing setup, and client onboarding. Manage complex financial requirements and ensure compliance. Serve as billing liaison and oversee project closures. Develop and improve SOPs for financial processes. - Vendor Management Maintain vendor database and oversee onboarding. Verify invoices and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize vendor processes. - Backlog Management Ensure data accuracy in project tracking. Forecast pipeline and lead monthly billing coordination. Maintain documentation for backlog processes. - Quality & Reporting Conduct QA/QC on invoices and expenses. Monitor performance and profitability. Provide analytical support and insights. - Teamwork & Development Train and coach project teams. Build stakeholder relationships. Drive operational improvements and maintain process ownership. Engage in continuous learning and goal setting. The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $75,000-$85,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Your qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or another related field 5+ years of Project Accounting and/or Project Portfolio Management experience, Key Financial and/or Project Management Certifications.
