We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for County Materials at our Corporate Office in Marathon City, WI.

Job Duties:


  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, performing clerical tasks and general housekeeping
  • Provide support with benefits administration by answering questions and providing information
  • Perform timecard review for location as needed
  • Perform data entry and run reports when necessary
  • Act as location accounts payable to assist accounting department with data entry
  • Responsible for filing, recording and maintaining records


Work Environment:


  • Office working environment
  • Part-time


Physical Requirements:


  • Sitting frequently
  • Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely
  • Standing / Walking / Climbing rarely


Experience & Qualifications:


  • High School education required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in related field preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must.
