We are seeking aBusiness Analyst to join our team!

Summary:

The Business Analyst will report directly to the Business Excellence Manager and will also work closely with the corporate analytics team. The Business Analyst will ensure that key business metrics are well understood and clearly disseminated, fostering transparency and enhancing decision making. The Business Analyst will help fuel growth, leverage the wealth of data contained in Atos's database to help shape strategies and drive our tactical execution on company initiatives. They also will be a local super user for technical solutions as designated.

Job Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Systems Development



  • Define and standardize company-wide metrics, ensuring alignment on relevant data sources.
  • Design and maintain systems that transform raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain performance tracking tools (e.g., dashboards, reports) for both field and inside commercial teams.


Analysis, Reporting & Insights



  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting on operational and commercial KPIs, such as sales targets, budgets, pricing trends, and volume growth.
  • Apply industry knowledge to interpret data, identify performance improvement opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Monitor customer buying trends and behaviors to identify market opportunities and risks.


Performance Improvement & Project Leadership



  • Lead standalone projects ranging from operational process improvements to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Drive meetings to produce clear outcomes and actionable next steps.
  • Identify complex, ambiguous business problems and develop multifaceted, data-driven solutions.
  • Proactively assess business dynamics through quantitative analysis, providing timely insights and recommendations.

  • Contribute to additional projects, initiatives, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to meet evolving business priorities.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree OR a combination of relevant education and experience
  • 2-5 years of related experience in business analytics
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Excel for complex data analysis


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree with a focus on quantitative skills related to business (e.g. Economics, Finance, Statistics, etc.)
  • 5-7 years of business analytics experience within a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company or related industry
  • Demonstrated experience consulting on internal business development functions


Skills and Abilities:



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and management highly preferred
  • Experience with business intelligence and CRM tools, such as Power BI, Salesforce, and Smartsheet highly preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret large and complex datasets.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and key performance drivers beyond analytics.
  • Skilled in translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to track, measure, and report on performance, including sales force metrics.
  • Experience in developing and executing business plans and driving operational improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across multiple levels and functions.
  • Skilled at facilitating meetings with a focus on achieving intended outcomes.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities.
