What You'll Be Doing * Independently handle service tickets for commercial fire alarms, access control, and CCTV systems. * Provide high-quality customer support and system instruction. * Perform system testing, signal verification, and troubleshooting. * Maintain truck stock/inventory and ensure tools are ready for each job. * Occasionally assist with new installations, upgrades, and system additions. * Document all service activities and productivity accurately and on time. * Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a strong office culture. Must-Have Skills & Experience * 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing commercial fire, alarm, CCTV, and access control systems. * Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge. * Ability to work independently and manage a weekly service schedule. * Comfortable reading blueprints and pulling wires. * Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening. * Familiarity with local/national codes and Tier 1 ADT Commercial product offerings. Nice-to-Haves * Experience with installation, cabling, fire sprinklers, and system support. * Certifications or licenses related to fire and security systems (Everon will support obtaining these). Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
