Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking a Systems Data Analyst to support the Missile Defense Data Center (MDDC) with a variety of data management and processing tasks. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, organization, and distribution of critical data across multiple sites, as well as supporting electronic data transfers to and from test ranges and other MDA support locations.

Responsibilities

• Reviewuser requirements and providedirection in the identification of problem and potential resolution.
• Provideanalytical support
• Reviewalternate approaches and selectappropriate methodology
• Perform data processing, migration, duplication, and distribution.
• Troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Conduct document control, cataloging, ingestion, and parsing of received data.
• Support and manage electronic data transfers between test ranges and MDA locations.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of data handling activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems, a related field or equivalent experience. 8 years of increasingly complex and responsible systems analysis experience.
• Active DoD secret clearance, with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance
• Demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft office applications
• Familiar with Aspera file transfer software and WinZip
• Familiar with USAF's TENS Encryption Wizard file encryption software
• Linux experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15+ years' experience in MDDC operations
