Your Role:

The Technical Customer Trainer is responsible for organizing, preparing, and delivering customer training courses with the Miltenyi Innovation and Technology Centers (MITC) in collaboration with the senior team members to support marketing strategies and new product introduction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Utilize adult learning principles to conduct essential MITC customer training courses according to quality standards and company goals.
  • Test new and updated training material, providing comprehensive feedback to instructional designers and SME.
  • Attend specialist training to increase proficiency in MB technologies and applications, as well as modern training techniques and trainer certifications.
  • Enrich customer training experience through technical consultation.
  • Further customer success and brand loyalty through pre- and post-training engagement strategies.
  • Cultivate sales and marketing leads by showcasing MACS solutions and educational advertisements during training courses and customer engagements.
  • Keep and report data on completed courses, attendees, and feedback.
  • Serve as co-trainer/preparation support as needed.
  • Contribute to global training exchanges, department meetings, TTT workshops, and technical journal clubs.
  • Maintain training lab equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Manage trainee and course logistics as needed.


Requirements:



  • Master's degree or higher in Immunology, Stem Cell Biology, Cancer Research or similar scientific field; A minimum of 2-4 years lab experience; or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
  • Knowledge of training technical concepts and lab procedures.
  • Knowledge of flow cytometric procedures, concepts, and laboratory techniques, and/or GMP compliant cell processing.


Skills:



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled at prioritization and multitasking.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to quickly grasp complex technologies.
  • Ability to operate a computer with Windows operating system, Outlook email, internet, and basic MS Office products.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred:



  • Experience designing technical course content with both traditional and modern training methods and tools (in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.).

Work Environment:

This job is performed in a temperature controlled, handicap-accessible facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in an office environment. This job is performed in a variety of facilities. This job requires the person to be mobile to visit customer sites. Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature.

The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $93,100 - $101,299, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
