Under minimal supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the senior system analyst is responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the ERP and ancillary systems for GBMC. Required knowledge and skills include familiarity with healthcare-specific business process, excellent written and oral communication skills, advanced data analysis and interpretation, business process analysis, and software application lifecycle support. The Senior System Analyst will propose solutions designed to address identified business problems, educate users, manage timelines and expectations, insure quality control, and mentor team members.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other closely related field or applicable experience Licensures/Certifications: Optional/Preferred - Workday Pro Certification Skills: * Skill in EPIC Ad-Hoc Payment, Revenue/Journal Lines Integration, and variety of EPIC related integrations * Skill in EDI Integration Technology, Procurement Punchout, Integrated Label Application, and other third-party applications * Skill in Interpret, or modify Workday XML, cXML, BAI2, Standard ACH and Pre-Note * Experienced with Workday EIB, Connector, Workday Web Services, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, and XSL/XSLT Transformation * SQL and SMSS Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Performs user group facilitation, which includes meeting preparation, facilitation, feedback, request prioritization, and status updates. * Proposes system solutions that are designed to address business problems identified and educates the user group on available options, pros/cons, estimated completion times, etc. * Communication liaison between Finance and Supply Chain business leaders and works closely with Finance business process owners to deliver Financial related technologies * System Modifications - Ability to understand possible impacts to changes to a highly integrated system, determine the depth/breadth of testing necessary to minimize risk of system changes, execute and record results of testing * Available if P1 production support issue occurs on non-regular scheduled * Effective documentation of finance requirements and processes, that align with organization's best practices on change management and system optimization All roles must demonstrate GBMC Values: Respect I will treat everyone with courtesy. Pay Range $77,201.00 - $138,961.82Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
