Summary:

The Project Manager (PM) serves as the central point of contact for the Government and is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of all work under the FLETC Health Services contract. This full-time, on-site role requires a licensed healthcare professional with strong leadership and operational oversight capabilities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Oversee all aspects of contract execution, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and performance requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor and Government representatives (CO/COR/MLO)
• Supervise and coordinate healthcare service delivery across FLETC sites
• Ensure PM presence on-site during core duty hours of each training day and any additional training days
• Travel to other FLETC Training Delivery Points (TDPs) as necessary
• Develop and implement operational plans, staffing strategies, and quality assurance measures
• Make business decisions and act on behalf of the Prime Contractor
• Maintain exclusive dedication to this contract without involvement in other contracts

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare project management and team leadership
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic training environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an associate's, baccalaureate, or graduate nursing program for Registered Nurses located in a State, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory accredited by The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). In cases of graduates of foreign schools of professional nursing, possession of a current, full, active and unrestricted registration will meet the requirement of graduation from an approved school of professional nursing
• Shall possess one or both of the following licenses for the assigned duty station: (1) Current, full and unrestricted license as Registered Nurse, or (2) a current, full and unrestricted multistate license as part of the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC). Any changes to license shall be reported to the employer and the CO/COR immediately
• Minimum five (5) years professional nursing experience for the PM
• Minimum five years (5) years professional supervisory nursing experience successfully managing a Health Unit, an Urgent Care Clinic, Doctor's Office, or Emergency Department and with a minimum of three (3) consecutive years' experience. Within the last three (3) years, the PM shall have successfully managed a Health Unit, an Urgent Care Clinic, Doctor's Office, or Emergency Department
• Must have a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing; graduate degree in nursing of related field preferred
