The Renewal Sales team is a dedicated team of trusted advisors who sell maintenance renewal contracts to maximize revenue while providing world-class service to our customers. The Renewal Sales team aims to provide the appropriate level of support to capture maximum maintenance revenue through contract renewals for both hardware and software. This is accomplished by working with our customers, channel partners, and field sales teams in a dedicated, collaborative, and sales-focused manner. What You Will Be Doing The Renewal Sales Rep will be responsible for managing, selling, renewing, and expanding service relationships with our customer base. In this role, the RSR will be expected to manage and assess opportunity areas and drive efficiencies to increase profitability and improve our overall renewal performance. This includes end-to-end customer experience in the renewal lifecycle and working with our team responsible for generating service quotes. This role will engage with multiple internal partners such as sales teams, district managers, support teams, and customers during negotiations. The RSR will also be responsible for submitting an accurate forecast to leadership.
