PRESIDENT - Surface Division Are you passionate about leading global operations, driving innovation, and shaping the future of mining, construction, and exploration technologies? Are you ready to take full responsibility for one of Epiroc's most strategically important divisions? Our Surface Division-including the complete Surface Drilling and Exploration portfolios-is seeking an experienced and visionary President to lead the design, manufacture, product strategy, sales, and marketing of our full range of equipment, technologies, and aftermarket solutions. This includes rigs, consumables, automation, electrification, connectivity, and autonomous haulage solutions. About the role As President of the Surface Division, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving sustainable growth, and maintaining Epiroc's position as a global leader in both Surface Drilling and Exploration solutions. You will oversee 8 production sites in the US, Sweden, India, Canada, South Africa, and China that employ over 2,100 people globally, working closely with our Customer Centers to ensure a world-class and consistent customer experience in every market. This role is a key position with a direct reporting line to the Equipment & Service Business Area President. Key responsibilities

You are a good communicator and collaborator. You are willing to travel extensively and can manage a heavy workload at times. Location and travel Located at one of our major manufacturing and design hubs: Dallas, Texas, USA Orebro, Sweden Extensive international travel is expected.
