Global Process Owner: AR and AP

Core Responsibilities:



  • Strategic focus: shape the vision and strategy for the global wing-to-wing AR and AP processes to enable business objectives.
  • Understand and review business results with key finance and operating leaders.
  • Communicate and drive alignment with process stakeholders.
  • Serve as the voice of the process with all stakeholders within the Company.
  • Define, improve and implement global standard optimized processes across all locations. Ensure standard work is documented and in place.
  • Create and govern process transformation and lead projects to drive continuous improvement and improve business operating results.
  • Identify gaps in process performance and sponsor remedial actions.
  • Own process performance by developing KPI process metrics to measure the cost, quality and speed of processes. Understand and measure key process input and output metrics.
  • Develop a framework for benchmarking process health vs external market.
  • Ensure proper controls are in place and are both designed and operating effectively.



Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of process domain expertise. Must be a "big" picture thinker with the ability to deep dive into focused areas.
  • Ability to convert analysis into actions & recommendations.
  • Change leader & effective communicator with a proven track record of driving process improvements with traction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence to drive the required buy-in and change to drive expected outcomes.
  • Ability to work across matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently to manage workload in a remote environment.
  • Up to 15% travel may be required.



Education Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or business preferred.
