Title: Health, Safety & Environmental Manager Location: Custom Culinary Oswego, IL Reports to: Plant Manager Pay Band Salaried 85,000 - 113,064.13 mid - 141,329 max. Purpose of the Position: The Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, overseeing and continuously improving all aspects of the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, fostering a culture of safety, and minimizing the environmental impact of company operations.
