A Taste of What You'll Do Dive into GALLO's Technical Management Development Program, where your engineering skills meet leadership and innovation. This program is your gateway to understanding the multifaceted world of the alcohol beverage industry, offering rotations in operations leadership, customer engagement in sales or marketing, and technical problem-solving. It's your chance to rotate across our locations in California, South Carolina and New York where you will work closely with our management team, tackle real business challenges, and broaden your skills within the industry. We're looking for talented engineers ready to step into various roles and make a significant impact. In this program, you will learn operations through observation and hands-on experience across disciplines. You will administer and oversee programs, projects, and processes, ensuring performance goals are met either directly or through effective team management. Additionally, you will interpret and communicate administrative and operating policies, and participate in and improve short-term focused projects and procedures. Typical rotations in the program include roles such as Harvest Team Lead (Winery), New Products Engineer (Packaging), Start-up Engineer (Bottling, Cellar, or Winery), Performance Engineering (Bottling, Cellar, or Winery), Project Engineer (Capital Projects in all areas), Research Engineer (Process Technology), Reliability Maintenance Engineer (Bottling, Cellar, or Winery), Business Relations Manager (IT), Data Science Engineer (IT), Quality Engineer (Bottling), Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma), and Sales Rep (Chain Sales).
