Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing and communications programs for Morningstar Credit Analytics in the Americas region. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketer who can translate client and market insights into effective programs, drive measurable and business impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing and communications programs across the Americas.

  • Successfully manage internal and external teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that meet or exceed objectives.

  • Translate client and marketplace insights into creative, data-driven marketing strategies and programs.

  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates Morningstar Credit Analytics.

  • Use analysis and metrics to guide decisions, optimize programs, and achieve sustained, measurable results.

  • Collaborate with Sales to create enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) that support lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with demonstrated expertise in GTM strategy, marketing programs, and team leadership.

  • Proven ability to translate client insights into actionable marketing strategies and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills, able to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing programs, digital campaigns, marketing automation (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), and campaign analysis.

  • Data-driven mindset, using insights to optimize marketing strategy and execution.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring team members a plus

  • Financial services, credit ratings, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.

  • Ability to travel as needed

Base Salary Compensation Range

$91,800.00 - 156,067.00 USD Annual

Incentive Target Percentage

12.5% Annual

If this applies and your account(s) are not with an approved broker, you will be required to move your holdings to an approved broker.

Morningstar's hybrid work environment gives you the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate in-person each week. While some positions are available as fully remote, we've found that we're at our best when we're purposely together on a regular basis, typically three days each week.
