What you will accomplish together with us:

• Conduct and optimize upstream manufacturing using multi-parallel bioreactor systems for mAb modalities.
• Perform standard offline analyses, including cell counting, product quantitation, and qualification as required.
• Prepare and maintain cell cultures, including media preparation, cell banking, and sub-culturing.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize data to support ongoing research projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
• Accurately document experimental procedures and results.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Support ongoing lab activities, including occasional extended hours and weekends as needed.

What will convince us:

• MS, PhD candidate or recent MA, PhD graduate in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of bioprocessing principles and techniques.
• Previous laboratory experience with cell culture techniques.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as cell counters, product- and metabolite analyzers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
