What You'll Do

• Assist with installing and updating operating systems on workstations and servers under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including applying software updates and patches in test or production environments.
• Provide first-level support for network connectivity and basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Assist in endpoint security management, including software deployment, system monitoring, and security tools.
• Support end-user requests related to printers, workstations, login/access issues, and software installations.
• Participate in system monitoring and log reviews to identify performance or availability issues.
• Maintain and track IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation of device assignments, serial numbers, and warranty status.
• Configure, deploy, and support hardware for new hires and existing staff, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Contribute to documentation of support procedures and internal knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.

What You Bring

• An Associate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience managing key technologies like Microsoft Servers, Microsoft SCCM, VMware, Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
• A knack for managing and optimizing virtual server infrastructure.
• Passion for building scripts and automations that make IT systems run smarter and more efficiently.
• Experience deploying and managing security software while keeping systems compliant and secure.
• Bonus skills: MCSE, MCP, MCA, CCNA certifications.
• Extra points for a Network+ certification.
