Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Strategic Digital Transformation Leader to drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions, including Sales, Fulfillment, Financial Management, and beyond. As the successful candidate, you will lead teams of domain experts to deliver solutions that improve cross-functional processes and business performance, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals, successfully implemented, and fully adopted to realize tangible business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of domain experts to deliver digital transformation projects spanning the entire business value chain.
  • Align project concepts, objectives, and expected business value with executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture and execution roadmaps.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee project execution across business functions and IT systems.
  • Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and realization of projected value.
  • Evaluate, design, and analyze solution architectures across Level 1/2 business capabilities.
  • Anticipate implications of digital solutions and develop actions to mitigate risks.
  • Drive organizational change management by applying structured, people-centric approaches.
  • Build engagement and resilience toward change at both individual and organizational levels.
  • Apply project management standards to deliver medium to large-scale transformation projects.
  • Define and track key project performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating as needed.
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead teams, maintaining focus and performance under pressure.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, IT, or business leadership roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of major components of the business value chain for complex products and services.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and competencies about novel processes or systems at varying levels of detail (Level 1 to Level 5).
  • Innovative thinker with proven ability to leverage digital technologies to optimize performance.
  • Strong command of change management principles and practices.
  • Skilled in building awareness, fostering positive responses, and cultivating change readiness across organizations.
  • Adept at engaging stakeholders through participatory actions that strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Strong track record applying established project management standards.
  • Experienced in managing and delivering medium to large-scale transformation projects.
  • Skilled in defining and measuring key project KPIs to drive business value realization.
  • Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams under pressure.
