Network Engineer

What You'll Be Doing:

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, firewall, and network infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, VMware, SANs, and server systems.
• Support network security: VPN policies, ACLs, firewall configurations, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate on network performance improvements, upgrades, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Provide Tier 3 support for escalated technical issues across systems and applications.
• Participate in project-based initiatives to modernize and optimize the IT environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of network design, switching/routing, VLANs, and firewall operations.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, SANs, Microsoft technologies, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with tools like Exchange, SQL, IIS, and Active Directory.
• Experience with disaster recovery, backup strategies, and monitoring tools is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
