As a Licensing/Compliance Specialist in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. The Licensing/Compliance Specialist is a key member of the Licensing and Compliance function and supports the Licensing and Compliance Manager in the administration of the Licensing of Framatome's Horn Rapids Fuel Fabrication Facility. Your work will include:

• Taking the lead on assigned licensing efforts with the U.S. NRC, U.S. DOT, U.S. State Department, Washington State Department of Health, Washington State Department of Ecology, Benton Couty Clean Air Agency, and the City of Richland
• Advise other Framatome organizations on regulatory requirements associated with 10CFR 20, 51, 70, 71, and 74, and WAC 246-220-250 as it applies to the Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing business
• Provide client input regarding regulatory requirements associated with the Licensing and operating of Nuclear Fuel Cycle Facilities

Framatome's Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $106,000 - $144,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
