Title: Organizational Development (OD) & Change Management Director Focus: A strategic and dynamic leader to drive organizational development and change management across our global operations. This role is pivotal in shaping talent strategies, enhancing organizational and workforce capabilities, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. You'll lead a global team that includes talent management, talent development and learning administration and delivery and sit on the senior HR leadership team, influencing enterprise-wide transformation. Organizational Development & Change Management Director Essential Job Functions: * Lead organizational development (OD) strategy development and delivery focused on change management, workforce planning including organizational design, and talent optimization. * Drive key HR processes: Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Learning & Employee Development. * Oversee a portfolio of training and development programs including compliance, leadership, career, professional growth. * Integrate HR compliance, safety, and ethical standards into OD initiatives. * Deliver actionable insights through OD metrics and analytics. * Manage learning services through regulatory, operational, and soft skills training. * Spearhead integration of talent and learning data into a new HRIS system in the future. * Design and implement a skills-based development model and adaptive workforce planning. * Implementation of AI capabilities with new HRIS system; and continuing leveraging of Manufacturing and Engineering training services across all Olin business segments. Organizational Development & Change Management Director Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree* in Organizational Development, HR, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Employment Law or Business related field * Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including global organizational development, HR business partnership, and workforce development. * Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; chemical manufacturing strongly preferred. * Experience leading global HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders. * Coaching and facilitation skills (certifications preferred) * Workday experience (Talent, Learning, Adaptive Planning modules preferred). * Familiarity with enterprise systems; SAP experience preferred. * Proven expertise in performance management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, change management and learning strategies. * Working knowledge of regulatory compliances, state and local requirements, and other regulatory standards common to manufacturing environments and human resources functions. * Domestic and International travel up to 25% of the time. * Strong track record of enabling business strategy through organizational effectiveness in complex global settings.
