Key Responsibilities (What you contribute)

  • Define and execute the data science strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of predictive models, algorithms, and data products.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
  • Partner with business units to understand challenges and translate them into data science solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, model validation, and ethical AI use.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (You're good at)

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions in a business setting.
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Master's required/ Doctorate Preferred

Experience: 8 years required/ 10 years preferred

Supervisory: 8 years required/ 10 years preferred

Pay Range: $189,226 - $309,394, pay based on experience
