Job Overview: Mannington Commercial is seeking a visionary and hands-on Experiential Marketing Manager to design and deliver immersive "in real life" brand experiences that connect with our customers in meaningful ways. This role blends creativity, strategy, and flawless execution to bring our brand to life through events, activations, and unique customer engagements. From national trade shows to curated mill tours, you will craft moments that inspire, inform, and strengthen long-term relationships with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Experiential Marketing Strategy:

Lead the development and execution of experiential marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives. Ensure every touchpoint-whether in-person or virtual-delivers a consistent and memorable brand experience.



  • Events & Activations:

    Conceptualize, plan, manage, and execute impactful events, trade shows, activations, and customer experiences, including all Behind the Craft mill tours. Provide strategic guidance for regional and local events while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and excellence in delivery.
    Project manage and execute all event logistics from start to finish.
  • Work with/manage external vendor partners as needed for trade show execution, creative development as needed, etc.
  • Content Integration:

    Partner with the content team to create engaging storytelling, visuals, and interactive elements that elevate and share the experiential impact of events and campaigns. Manage the CEU approval and renewal process to enhance our position as a partner to our customers.
  • Budget & ROI Management:

    Oversee the experiential marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and overall brand impact.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    Inspire others on the marketing team and at Mannington Commercial. Partner with internal teams and external partners to innovate, problem-solve, and continually raise the bar on execution.


  • Manage one direct report: Atlanta Showroom Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on logistics of other executional requirements, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing or event management, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact programs.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and how to create experiences that foster connection and loyalty.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and crafting immersive brand moments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SalesForce, Canva and InDesign a plus.
