OverviewWe are looking for a Business Architect - Microsoft 365 Generative AI Compete to lead our global go-to-market (GTM) Compete strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, driving growth across all customer segments. This role will require a mix of product strategy, partner ecosystem understanding, channel orchestration, deal-making and tight alignment with engineering, field sales, sales enablement & operations and marketing organizations. This position will play a leadership role in accelerating Microsoft's AI Workforce priorities with high executive visibility, ownership of strategic priorities, and the opportunity to define how the next generation of Microsoft AI Business Solutions experiences are delivered. To be successful, you must be able to function at an executive level, building and orchestrating the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across all relevant sales channels, growing Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio new customer acquisition, expansion, and upsell motion. This will require the formulation of both long-term business strategies and month-to-month execution plans aligned with AI Business Solutions business priorities, delivering revenue and new customer growth across all sales channels. As part of the Commercial Solutions Areas (CSA) Go-To-Market team for AI Business Solutions, the Compete Business Architect's primary responsibility is to drive our global AI Business Solutions Go-To-Market (GTM) compete efforts through our field sales teams, partners and our digital engines. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine our Compete strategy Define and develop the GTM Compete strategy for AI Workforce Solutions across customer segments. This means: Establish the framework that will serve as the basis of compete against top tier competitors and how we differentiate. Obtain deep understanding of customer needs and pain points. Consolidate best practice wins and develop the win formula against each Tier 1 competitor Leverage data to customize sales engines with compete strategy and improve retention. Build and lead our compete Center of Excellence in collaboration with stakeholders. Sales enablement The compete BA will align the compete Marketing assets to the overall sales approach and playcard to ensure sellers understand what available tools we have and how to optimize usage to gain value Create commercial initiatives, tools and special empowerments aligned to compete efforts both in defense and offense plays Align the Partner ecosystem on our efforts and plan for performance initiatives with GPS/BG Land through the Compete Center of excellence our approach to deal-making, creating an agile framework to flow deals to proven solutions Train field on latest and most relevant compete programs, assets, initiatives and campaigns Rhythm of Business (ROB) Receive and prioritize asks coming from our business reviews and engage with cross-functional teams to resolve. Provide updates/insights back to corresponding requestors. Collaboration Integral virtual-team member to establish customer outcomes at the center of every solution. The Business Architect will work with: Partner with cross-functional teams(e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product) to align strategic initiatives with business objectives. Facilitate strategic planning sessionswith senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and execution plans. Build strong relationships with internal and external partnersto drive consensus and enable smooth implementation of strategic programs. Coordinate with project managers and functional leadsto ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives and resolve interdependencies. Act as a liaison between executive leadership and operational teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals. Lead cross-functional working groupsto identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Intelligence Establish workstream with analytics and insights teamsto interpret data and translate findings into actionable business strategies. Own development of market KPIs and build initiatives to counter Land in field latest compete intelligence reports and educate how to take action from insights. OtherEmbody our culture and values.
