What You'll Do: * Lead with Impact: Manage the full project lifecycle according to Mosaic's project management methodology and best practices. * Drive Strategy: Partner with Tech & Data VPs to manage the Tech and Data portfolio, facilitating budget reviews, and managing roadmaps and timelines. * Ensure Success: Develop and actively manage all project artifacts and activities, including defining scope, obtaining approvals, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Be a Trusted Advisor: Serve in a consultative role to help identify the appropriate people, processes, and tools, and coach team members to optimize efficiency. * Facilitate Change: Work with key stakeholders and the project team to facilitate "people" change management, increasing employee adoption and usage of new technologies or processes.
