The Manager Financial Planning directs activities in support of strategic financial planning and analysis for the Cone Health enterprise and serves as a consultant to operational and executive leaders on key business decisions related to strategic initiatives, cost reductions, and revenue opportunities. This job directs and develops a team of experienced finance professionals that perform analysis and forecasting of financial, economic, and other data that provides accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.


Leads and manages comprehensive financial functions including financial planning, forecasting, labor analysis, strategic finance, and reporting.
Directs financial planning and analysis, delivering strategic support and recommendations to senior leadership.
Develops narrative summaries of complex financial information and key performance indicators to advise operational and executive leaders on insights into operational results and recommendations for mitigation steps to achieve targets.
Identifies and develops processes to improve efficiency and increase automation.
Develops and continuously improves reporting and tracking mechanisms to support effective and accurate financial planning across the enterprise.
Provides high quality and timely analytical support for projects, strategic initiatives, business development proposals, and other ad-hoc requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master's Degree

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5+ Years

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) within 1 year of hire
