Inside Sales Representative

Staffmark is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role plays a key part in driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering top-tier support. Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional weekend availability may be required)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate quotes and proposals, including pricing and delivery terms
• Follow up on quotes to guide customers through the purchasing process and close deals
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product solutions
• Maintain consistent communication via phone and email to build long-term relationships
• Use CRM tools to identify, qualify, and manage sales leads
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, marketing, engineering) to resolve issues
• Support outside sales with qualified leads and urgent customer needs
• Keep CRM/ERP systems updated with quotes, interactions, and orders
• Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity and trends
• Ensure customer expectations are met and feedback is communicated internally

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with quoting tools, CRM/ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively
• Basic technical understanding of products and customer needs
• Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 13485) is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments preferred
• Self-starter with strong time-management and problem-solving skills
