Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance data systems. In this role, you will work closely with the Analytics & Business Intelligence team, as well as clients, to understand data requirements and ensure the availability and quality of data. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining robust data infrastructure to support data ingestion, processing, and storage needs.

You will build and optimize data pipelines using SSIS, automate deployment and monitoring processes, and implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance. Proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure performance will be essential, along with maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to continuous improvement in data infrastructure development.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training/certification in business analytics or equivalent work experience required.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of business intelligence developer or related technical experience required. Three years of experience with a programming language required (MS-SQL preferred). Healthcare experience preferred. Experience working with Business Intelligence software programs preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
