The Distributor Operations Analyst is responsible for analytical and operations support for the NACO Distributor sales channel and sales tracing/rebate operations for all NACO business units. This role develops reporting tools to support objectives as well as to identify opportunities for improvement of distributor related processes, opportunities to improve profitability, and provide insight and business recommendations based on experience with STERIS systems and data analysis. Analyst must have a working knowledge of distribution agreements, incentive programs, and distributor scorecards. This involves extensive and ongoing collaboration with all corporate functions including Healthcare and Life Sciences Customer Operations, Sales, Marketing, Corporate and Strategic Accounts, Compensation, Information Technology, Finance, and Legal. This position is a hybrid schedule after training. The team meets in the office in Mentor OH 2 days per week. Duties

Pay range for this opportunity is$50,150.00-$64,900.00.This position is eligible forbonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc. STERIS offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits portfolio.
