Key Responsibilities:



  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with sales, pricing, marketing, service and business leaders.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure Salesforce supports key activities including travel reporting, opportunity maintenance, RFQ tracking and customer visibility.
  • Gather business requirements, define objectives and communicate solutions in clear, actionable terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong organizational alignment by understanding customer account structures and enabling complete communication flows.
  • Drive change management: communicate updates, provide training and ensure user adoption while minimizing disruption.
  • Manage and prioritize the Salesforce roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate requirements into initial UI and object model designs, then hand off to development teams for implementation.
  • Oversee testing, deployment and rollout of Salesforce enhancements to ensure successful adoption.
  • Deliver seamless day-to-day administration, including user management, permissions, profiles, page layouts and data quality.
  • Monitor and continuously improve system reliability, logging, compliance and security settings.
  • Evaluate Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions and emerging CRM technologies to enhance usability, scalability and security.
  • Recommend and implement process automation and system improvements that increase efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain active Salesforce certifications and expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related technologies.
  • Ensure Salesforce remains a secure and scalable platform supporting business growth and operational excellence.



Qualification Requirements:



  • 4+ years of Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, opportunity management, customer account structures and service operations.
  • Experience designing Salesforce UI components and data/object models.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation and organizational skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) preferred.



Education Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent professional experience
