The
Condition Monitoring Consultant will provide expert support for condition monitoring, problem-solving, and service marketing programs as needed by company personnel and customers.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Lead the development and management of our condition monitoring program to drive service improvements.
- Design smart processes to collect and analyze data that helps improve equipment performance.
- Manage maintenance and repair for equipment under Fleet Services and Maintenance Contracts, ensuring everything stays in top shape.
- Provide clear, actionable repair recommendations for our company-owned equipment.
- Safeguard confidential information with care and professionalism.
- Deliver training and support to help the team stay sharp and informed.
- Organize and share vital monitoring reports to keep everyone in the loop.
- Use equipment data and inspection insights to make proactive recommendations.
- Oversee our oil sampling program and communicate results to drive better maintenance decisions.
- Identify and solve performance and cost challenges to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
- Help resolve any escalated customer issues with professionalism and care.
- Travel and work varying hours as business needs arise.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Associate's degree preferred, at least three years of related experience, or a combination of both.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers and customers.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn company software.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Comfortable teaching new skills and sharing knowledge with others.
