Key Responsibilities
Stator Quality Support:
- Assist in addressing and resolving quality issues specifically related to high temp stator components and new supplier development.
Motor Housing Porosity Quality Support:
- Assist in working with Engineering and casting supplier to resolve high scrap rate due to pressure leaks and reimbursement/savings.
Part Marking Quality Support:
- Incoming part/pump marking for private labels is followed to PO requirements and assist with supplier NCR"s and root cause corrective actions.

Additional Responsibilities
First Article Review (FAI):
- Review First Article Inspections (FAIs) from suppliers for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to specifications.
Supplier Approval Process:
- Work directly with suppliers to ensure quality documentation is submitted and accurate, and that process capability is demonstrated.
Corrective Action Follow-up:
- Assist in tracking, validating, and closing supplier corrective actions (e.g., 8D, 5-Whys).
Documentation Review:
- Ensure that quality records, control plans, and Production part approval process meet internal and industry standards.
NCR Follow-up and Completion:
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely closure, documentation, and resolution.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Comfortable working across departments, particularly with Engineering and Manufacturing.

Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Related Industry background
- Will be required to pass a background and drug screening
