Staffmark is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to medical device customers via phone and email. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company databases.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing orders.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company procedures.
  • Follow company policies and compliance standards specific to the medical device industry.



Qualifications & Skills



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • This role has no lifting requirements.
