Description Acara Solutions is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Functional Analyst to join our client on a fully remote contract opportunity located in Westminster CO $125/hr. W2 payrate Fully Remote Contract until the end of 2025 We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) Functional Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and Project Systems modules to improve financial processes, data accuracy, and business efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting and controlling processes, with proven hands-on SAP configuration experience. Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configure and support SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and Project Systems modules (GL, AP/AR, asset accounting, cost accounting, project accounting). Stay current on S/4HANA updates and bring forward process improvements and automation opportunities. Perform system configuration, functional testing, UAT, and support SIT. Provide expertise in financial processes including general ledger, fixed assets, banking, and controlling. Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live activities. Document configurations and functional specifications. Provide end-user training and ongoing functional support. Job Requirements Skills / Qualifications: 7+ years of SAP Finance/Controlling functional experience (S/4HANA preferred). Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and project accounting processes. Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and functional support in FI/CO modules. Experience with UAT/SIT, data migration, and end-user training. Strong communication skills to work with both technical teams and finance stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
