What You'll Do:

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for the promotion and implementation of Triton's branding initiatives, creating and developing our asset database and marketing Triton's products and services via a range of Digital Marketing channels. This position will also focus on increasing our market penetration by analyzing digital marketing data to grow our business, building and maintaining a quality contact database and using digital marketing to generate new leads, customers for our sales and marketing teams to convert into business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure correct & consistent use of the approved Triton/Triton Container Sales ("TCS") Brand Book & guidelines with guidance from the Brand Team.
  • Responsible for maintaining the customer and subscriber databases (Campaign Manager etc.)
  • Maintain the stock inventory reports and share with customers via Campaign Manager to ensure they have access to accurate data when determining business needs.
  • Coordinate and trigger database email campaigns in accordance with our managers' requirements.
  • Analyze all email campaign data and share recommendations with the Brand Team on ways to optimize future campaign results.
  • Collaborate on all aspects of our in-house CRM system and all future developments.
  • Participate in our social media strategy by researching and providing suitable content.
  • Update website inventory report on a weekly basis.
  • Collect info on new hires and job title changes and provide information where updates are required, i.e. business cards etc.
  • Participate in the building and management of a brand asset databank, i.e. photos.
  • Creating and managing a Triton activity calendar that captures all external business events.
  • Research and write blog and news content aligned with company tone and objectives.
  • Help coordinate worldwide trade show events and exhibitions, in booking, logistics and merchandise orders.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a focus in Digital Marketing preferred.
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing and/or data analysis experience using social media, websites and email required (internships will be considered, and examples of case studies, projects, relevant work samples, website designs, or a portfolio should be included when applying)
  • General knowledge of the container/shipping industry and/or eagerness to learn.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and adaptable to in-house systems.
  • Experience in Photoshop would be an advantage
  • Experience in a CRM process would be an advantage but not crucial
  • Knowledge of digital marketing software (Canva, Campaign Monitor, Business Objects, Photo Shop) and/or a strong commitment to continuously learning and developing software skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to make data driven decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Must be at a commutable distance (within 50 miles) to the Purchase, NY office.
