Position Title: Spray Booth Operator
Wage: $19.98-$21.38/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday (4/10), with possible overtime on Friday/Saturday QPS Employment Group is hiring a Spray Booth Operator for a company in Marshfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Spray Booth Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Production needs includes but is not limited to customer orders, inventory, product samples, and product development prototypes - Ensure the safety and well-being of self as well as all associates within the facility - High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work - Oversee the operation of the workstation, ensuring safe work practices as well as keeping the work area a safe work environment for all that work or enter the area Spray Booth Operator Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - 1-2 years of wood finishing experience (spray finishing preferred) - 1-3 years of past manufacturing experience - Commercial/industrial finish paint/spray/stain experience, 1 year - Dependable, punctual, and good attendance - Ability to interact well with others in the common pursuit of working safely while producing material that meets all quality attributes and standards - Must be able to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS) - Must be able to wear a respirator - Knowledge of wood products and finishing QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
