Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Monroe, OH! If you're skilled in maintenance and enjoy working with a variety of equipment and systems, this is the role for you. Join a team where your expertise will directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-functioning plant.

Pay: $21-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on building systems, equipment, and utilities
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance checklists (plumbing, electrical, machine maintenance) and maintain accurate records
• Support production managers by carrying out assigned work orders
• Keep warehouse and grounds clean, organized, and safe
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility issues following schematics and manuals
• Ensure all work follows safety protocols, including LOTO procedures
• Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of electronics, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read schematics/manuals and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Safety-minded, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs regularly (65 lbs occasionally)
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience in building/equipment maintenance or related field (preferred: printing plant experience with Heidelberg presses, Bobst Die Cutters, or Muller Bindery equipment)
