Staffmark is hiring a Purchaser for a growing printing company in Monroe, OH! This direct hire opportunity is perfect for someone with purchasing or planning experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are sourced, scheduled, and delivered on time to keep projects moving smoothly.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Full-Time | Direct Hire

Responsibilities



  • Purchase paper, substrates, and project components to meet production needs.
  • Source and qualify vendors, review quotes, and manage purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.



Qualifications



  • Purchasing, production planning, or estimating experience in the printing industry (required).
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, bindery, packaging, finishing).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (PACE a plus).
