Qualifications

Part-Time Supervising Physician - Express Care | Mass General Brigham - Andover, MA

Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics physician to join our Express Care team in Andover, MA. Preference will be given to candidates with an Emergency Medicine background and the flexibility to provide cross-coverage at both our Andover and Lawrence locations.

What You'll Do

Utilize your clinical expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while caring for patients presenting a broad range of acute illnesses, injuries, and procedural needs.

  • Work in a productive, positive, and team-based clinical environment
  • Provide supervisory oversight for a team of 6 Advanced Practice Providers
  • See an average of approximately 3 patients per clinician per hour
  • Utilize on-site imaging, X-ray, and point-of-care testing, including COVID, flu, RSV, and STI testing
  • Access additional imaging services at nearby Mass General Brigham locations

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $250,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.
